WHERE NOURISHMENT MEETS RITUAL.
Our story began around simmering pots, herbal remedies, and the belief that food can restore more than hunger.
Bones & Roses was founded by Ayesha Ophelia during a season of deep burnout, when her body, hormones, and energy were asking for a different way of living. A former vegan, she began turning toward slower nourishment, mineral-rich bone broths, herbal remedies, and old-world kitchen rituals in search of feeling grounded and well again. What started as a personal return to nourishment became a vision for creating comforting, beautiful foods and provisions that help others feel restored, nourished, and more at home in their bodies.
OUR HEAD OF beauty & FLAVOR
With a background in creative direction, wellness spaces, and years spent studying the intersection of nourishment, beauty, and embodiment, Ayesha brings a soulful and deeply curious approach to Bones & Roses. Her work is shaped by old-world remedies, Texas hospitality, herbal traditions, and a belief that food should not only sustain us,
but help us feel more alive, connected,
and at home in ourselves.
The kitchen witch
At Bones & Roses, we see the kitchen as a living sanctuary. A place where nourishment becomes ritual, instinct becomes wisdom, and simple ingredients become medicine through care and attention. The old idea of the “kitchen witch” was never really about magic tricks. It was about the people who understood how to heal, comfort, gather, and restore through what they grew, brewed, baked, and simmered.
Our philosophy lives between the highest frequency of roses and the grounding wisdom of bones. Roses symbolize beauty, softness, love, sensuality, and feminine flourishing. Bones represent strength, stability, resilience, minerals, and deep restoration. Together, they create a slower, richer way of nourishing the body and spirit.
Every broth is slow simmered with intention, crafted to bring warmth, vitality, comfort, and a sense of home back to the everyday table.
